HIMIDE 2010 by Cytech Coatings (Cytech Group) is a co-solvent thermoplastic polyamide resin. It is a traditional polyamide ink binder. It exhibits poor resistance to gelation & low tolerance to polar solvents but excellent blocking resistance, solvent-release and good lay. It is the highest viscosity grade among HIMIDE non-reactive polyamide resins. HIMIDE 2010 is designed to improve the performance characteristics of gravure inks and lacquers. The shelf life of the grade is 12 months.
