Secondary polyacrylic dispersion. Exhibits no measurable flash point, good film quality, flexibility, narrow particle size distribution, corrosion protection, fast drying, hardness, excellent film appearance, excellent mechanical properties, optical surface properties such as scratch resistance and broad adhesion profile. Provides high resistance to water, solvents, chemicals, weathering, household cleaners, mustard and red wine and scratches. Used in solvent-borne, high solids, very high solids and waterborne coatings. Offers eco-friendly coatings. Developed especially for the formulation of inexpensive waterborne 2K coating systems with high gloss and adequate water and solvent resistance. Applications include protective coating of planes, trains, trucks, buses and passenger cars (in manufacturing and refinishing processes), as well as high-performance coatings for industrial applications and high-quality wooden, metal and plastic surfaces.
