Bayhydrol® A 2470 by Covestro is an aqueous hydroxy-functional polyacrylic dispersion. Offers very good resistance to solvents and water. It yields high-gloss top coats. Cured paint films are hard and flexible with outstanding resistance to solvents and water and very good weatherability. Possesses good pigment wetting properties and high shear stability. Bayhydrol® A 2470 is used in water-borne 2K-polyurethane varnishes.
