Glascol® LS26 C

Aqueous microemulsion based on styrene-acrylic copolymer. Used in water-based inks for paper/corrugated paper and in over print varnishes on paper and plastic substrates. Can be used as a let-down vegicle in combination with highly hydrophilic resins as the pigment grinding vehicle to offer optimum colour development. Allows formulation of high gloss systems. Provides very good clarity, blocking resistance and resistance to organic and water-based materials and good pigment wetting properties. Offers some resilient properties such as improved stability against high shear stress.
