LUMIFLON® LF200

LUMIFLON® LF200 by AGC is a FEVE (fluoroethylene-alkyl vinylether) alternative copolymer. It is a moderate molecular weight resin with moderate hydroxyl number. Exhibits adhesion, hardness, flexibility, outstanding weathering, chemical resistance and insolubility in water at 20°C. Protects steel and concrete from sunshine, wind, rain and corrosion. Provides high gloss (gloss retention over 80%), color and high durability due to its C-F bond energy. LUMIFLON® LF200 enables reduction in the total maintenance cost such as repainting or cleaning. Soluble in various organic solvents, crosslinkable with polyisocyanates and compatible with pigments. Suitable for use in ambient cure and high temperature cure coatings. Applications are clear and enamel coatings including general industrial, heavy duty, bridge, automotive, transportation, aerospace & architectural coatings. Listed on the TSCA Inventory.
