UCECOAT® 7630

UCECOAT® 7630 by allnex is a water-borne, energy curable polyurethane dispersion which is tack-free after water evaporation. It has been developed for wood coatings but can also be used for other applications, such as field applied UV curable coatings for concrete, VCT (vinyl composition tile), and resilient floors. Because of its non-irritant nature and low viscosity, it can be applied safely by spray coating and curtain coating. The cured formulations are characterized by very high reactivity both in transparent & pigmented systems, excellent stain resistance and optimized stability. UCECOAT® 7630 is suitable for clear topcoat & pigmented coatings for furniture applications and coatings on melamine paper foils.
