UCECOAT® 7200

UCECOAT® 7200 is a water-borne, solvent-free, urethane acrylate for hard-coat applications. Due to its low viscosity, it can be used as the main binder for spray or curtain coater. UCECOAT® 7200 can be blended with other water-borne UV resins (after pH neutralization) to increase solid content and/or hardness property. The cured coatings are characterized by very high hardness & scratch resistance, excellent stain resistance and direct adhesion to various plastic substrates. It is applied by spin-, dip coating and common roll-to roll coating processes. Recommended for consumer electronics (casing & display), optical film and metallized plastics. The shelf life of the grade is 6 months.
