UCECOAT® 2807

UCECOAT® 2807 by allnex is an energy curable polyurethane dispersion. It is free of solvents, tin, BPA, and APEO. It shows high-performance with a low mean particle size, low viscosity and outstanding colloidal stability when used as such or in the presence of pigments and additives. It is tack-free after water evaporation and before cure. Its formulation is optimized for superior coating performance and low migration after cure. It has good reactivity upon UV curing and can be cured with an electron beam. It is suitable for water-based overprint varnishes, flexographic and gravure printing inks. It can be applied by spray, screen, curtain, and immersion coating methods. Other applications may include paper & paperboard, corrugated sheets and PVC floorings. UCECOAT® 2807 is used in low-migration applications such as indirect food contact packaging and labels. The shelf life of the grade is 1 year.
