SETAL® 21-1498

SETAL® 21-1498 by allnex is a low HAPs, chain-stopped oil alkyd resin for use in the manufacture of general industrial air dry or force dry enamels. Offers fast dry with excellent gloss and good hardness development. Exhibits excellent exterior durability and color retention. It is supplied in a higher solids solution and reduced in a slower evaporating solvent blend for better application and flow properties. It is similar to SETAL® 21-1491. It is suitable for bake enamels for metal and automotive & rail car refinish enamels. SETAL® 21-1498 has a shelf life of 1 year at temperatures upto 100°F.
