RESYDROL® AN 6618w/70BG by allnex is a waterborne, oil free polyester which is recommended for stoving systems for generally industrial coatings and coil coating systems. As crosslinker the resin is usually combined with melamine formaldehyde resins (polyester/amino resin proportion approx. 70:30, on solids). Coatings based on RESYDROL® AN 6618w/70BG are remarkable for their excellent adhesion on different metals, for outstanding pigment wetting & gloss, for excellent mechanical properties and good yellowing resistance even at high curing temperatures. The resin is already water miscible in form of delivery and may be diluted with water during paint manufacturing. RESYDROL® AN 6618w/70BG has a shelf life of 1 year at temperatures upto 30°C.
