EBECRYL® LED 04

EBECRYL® LED 04 by allnex is a UV LED additive booster. It is an acrylated polyamine, added as a co-resin to UV curable formulations. When combined with an appropriate photo initiator system, it transforms formulations into UV LED, UVA, or low energy curable systems and provides improved surface cure. Suitable for use in offset inks as a replacement of amino-benzoate synergist. Designed for overprint varnishes, coatings as well as flexographic-, gravure-, screen- and offset inks. It is Nestle /Swiss compliant and is compatible with urethane-, polyester- & epoxy acrylates as well as alkali additives. It is recommended at a dosage rate of 5-20 %wt and has a shelf life of 2 years. UV/EB cured products based on EBECRYL® LED 04 exhibit low odor, good surface cure response, good ink water balance and high gloss.
