EBECRYL® 898

EBECRYL® 898 by allnex is a fast cure, low viscoity, low odor, special purpose polyester acrylate resin. It enables matte finishes in UV/ EB energy curable coatings, including ultra-matte coatings of <5 gloss (60°). It is compatible with other common acrylate resin types. Provides good toughness, adhesion and high surface hardness. Recommended for wood finishes, PVC flooring, plastic films, and over print varnishes (OPVs) for paper and plastic. Formulated products containing EBECRYL® 898 may be applied by lithographic, screen, gravure, direct or reverse roll coating and spray methods.
