EBECRYL® 8809

EBECRYL® 8809 by allnex is a light color, aliphatic urethane diacrylate. It is ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) energy curable resin having 5% of EBECRYL® LEO 10501. It does not contain any intentionally added organic tin compounds, heavy metals, diluting monomers, hydroquinone (HQ) or methyl ether of hydroquinone (MEHQ). Cured films exhibit excellent exterior durability, toughness and yellowing resistance. Formulated products may be applied via direct or reverse roll, offset gravure, metering rod, slot die, knife over roll, air knife, curtain, immersion and spin coating methods, as well as screen printing. EBECRYL® 8809 is recommended for wood and plastic coatings.
