EBECRYL® 859

EBECRYL® 859 is a high molecular weight polyester acrylate by allnex. It is developed for high-speed UV, HUV, UV LED, and EB cured offset lithographic inks. Exhibits medium viscosity, low odor, excellent lithographic behavior, good pigment wetting and high reactivity. It contains some materials that are derived from Bisphenol-A. Shows good compatibility with other acrylates and stable ink water emulsion ensuring constant ink transfer. Inks based on EBECRYL® 859 are characterized by good flow, high gloss, reduced misting & dot gain and high cure speed. It is recommended for commercial applications using high speed sheetfed offset on paper and board substrates. It can also be used in other wet or dry offset inks, and UV/EB flexographic & screen inks.
