DAOTAN® TW 6425/40WA

DAOTAN® TW 6425/40WA by allnex is an aqueous, solvent-free, polyester-based hydroxy functional polyurethane dispersion. It possesses shear stability and pigment compatibility, giving highly flexible films when cured with isocyanates as well as melamine resins. It allows for the formulation of highly flexible coating systems especially for primers for plastics. This grade displays very good adhesion to polyamide, polycarbonate, ABS, as well as pretreated PP/EPDM. Recommended for automotive OEM primer surfacers. Due to its polymeric design and morphology, it can be used for formulation of digital printing inks providing quick drying, fast re-dissolution and excellent adhesion to non-polar substrates. The shelf life of DAOTAN® TW 6425/40WA is 365 days.
