3M™ Dyneon™ PTFE Dispersion TF 5050Z by 3M is a chemical resistant, water-based fluoropolymer dispersion. Exhibits good stability, very good anti-stick properties, good film formation and low settling tendency. It has a large operating temperature range. Recommended for use in coating metal and ceramic surfaces in industrial bake ware like baking pans or baking trays and in non-stick household applications including frying pans, pots and rice cookers. Various techniques such as spray coating, roller coating and silk-screen coating can be employed. 3M™ Dyneon™ PTFE Dispersion TF 5050Z is listed in FDA and approved by the German Federal Ministry of Health (BGA). Used for technical metal coatings for corrosion protection and to improve sliding properties.
