3M™ Dyneon™ PTFE Dispersion TF 5035Z by 3M is a water-based fluoropolymer dispersion. It has a large operating temperature range. Exhibits chemical resistance, good stability, very good anti-stick properties, good film formation and low settling tendency. Used for technical metal coatings for corrosion protection and to improve sliding properties. Recommended for use in systems of coating metal and ceramic surfaces in industrial bake ware like baking pans or baking trays and in non-stick household applications including frying pans, pots and rice cookers. Various techniques such as spray coating, roller coating and silk-screen coating can be employed. 3M™ Dyneon™ PTFE Dispersion TF 5035Z by 3M is listed in FDA and approved by the German Federal Ministry of Health (BGA).
