Calcium exchanged silica. Acts as a corrosion inhibiting pigment. It is stable and easily dispersed. It gives excellent anticorrosive performance in coil coatings applied to HDGS, galfan, galvalume and CRS. It has been developed as a non toxic and eco-friendly alternative to strontium chromate in coil coatings. Compatible with PU and PE/melamine systems. Used in coil and powder coatings. It has a shelf life of 2 years.
