Arctic® Black 10G996

Arctic® Black 10G996 by Shepherd is a high-performance, IR reflective jet black, chromium iron oxide pigment for use in coatings. It has low soluble iron for stability in PVC based materials. It is highly resistant to acid, base, UV and chemical attack.
  • It is optimized for a deep masstone, good tint strength, high TSR (Total Solar Reflectance) and low HBU (Heat Build-up) to meet performance and regulatory requirements.
  • Suitable for siding, extrusions, building panels, roofing, fibers, pre-painted metal, roofing granules, roofing tiles, window, door profiles, laminates, porcelain, glass enamels and films.
  • Arctic® Black 10G996 is also suitable for wpc decking, ergonomic cooler touch materials, silicate coatings and plasters and widely in color matches.
