MIFAST DISPERVYN VB 3001/60 RE by MIFAR is highly concentrated carbon black-based pigment dispersion (60%) in polyvinyl butyral (40%) with higher gloss and good adhesion. It shows light fastness, brightness, application uniformity, higher pigment concentration as well as dust-free environment in work space allows better health preservation. It leads to maximum development of the color intensity, maximum transparency and less bottom effects (no tendency to settling, no flocculation). It is resistant to alkali-, acid-, solvent-, butter- and soap. It is not flammable and gives higher product stability on storage. It provides outstanding shade purity and simple cleaning of the plant and prevention of pollution. Its advantages include streamlined production process, great production flexibility, short production cycles, reduced inventory and reduced power consumption in manufacturing. It offers improved dispersion qualities, high stability, faster drying and excellent short term erasure. It is readily soluble in alcohol-rich systems. It is compatible with a wide range of resins. MIFAST DISPERVYN VB 3001/60 RE is suitable for printing inks for flexible films, and foil. It is used in white board marker inks, flexographic, gravure screen-printing and transfer inks.
