MIFAST DISPERCEL NC 5022/40

MIFAST DISPERCEL NC 5022/40 by MIFAR is highly concentrated (55%) red colored 2B toner calcium monoazo-based organic pigment dispersion for use in flexographic and rotogravure inks. It is dispersed in very low viscosity alcohol soluble nitrocellulose resin (35%). It contains (10%) citrate plasticizer. It shows outstanding shade purity as well as alkali-, acid-, solvent-, butter- and soap resistance. It has less bottom effects such as no tendency to settling or no flocculation. Its benefits include dust-free environment in work space, higher pigment concentration, reduced power consumption in manufacturing due to easy dispersibility and streamlined production process. It provides light fastness, higher gloss and brightness. It offers application uniformity, maximum transparency as well as great production flexibility and short production cycles. It leads to maximum development of the color intensity and higher product stability on storage. MIFAST DISPERCEL NC 5022/40 is suitable for use in wood lacquers and coatings.
