BAYFERROX® 120 M

Bayferrox® 120 M by Lanxess is a micronized, yellowish red iron oxide pigment. It is an inorganic pigment. Exhibits excellent dispersibility. As a result of the manufacturing process (Laux-process), which includes a high temperature calcining step, the pigment has a higher intrinsic hardness than other precipitated pigments. It is very resistant to color change during high energy dispersion processes. The high temperatures involved in the calcining process also give the pigment outstanding heat stability. Bayferrox® 120 M by Lanxess is used in automotive coating, coil coating, decorative paints, emulsion paints, industrial coating, plastic coating, powder coating, roof tile coating and wood coating.
