Purple GP-04 by Kolortek is a Mixture of zinc sulfide (98%) and zinc oxide(2%). It is a special effect glow in the dark pigment. It absorbs light energy (sunlight, interior light, etc.) and then slowly releases it as glow. Purple GP-04 is used in coatings.
