Pigmeron Red B (P-402)

Pigmeron Red B (P-402) is a bright toludiene red colored monoazo beta-naphthol with a yellowish tone. Exhibits high opacity, color strength, weatherfastness, very good full tone lightfastness & good tint tone lightfastness. Possesses excellent resistance to boiling water & acids with 5% NaOH and very good resistance to acids with 5% HCl. Shows good resistance to chemicals like ethanol, mineral turpentine, xylene, ethyl acetate and methyl ethyl ketone. Highly suitable for air drying enamels. Recommended for decorative applications. It is regularly monitored and tested for the prohobited PCB (PolyChlorinated Biphenyl) congeners, heavy metals, dioxins and benzofurans. Complies with all the major regulations for coloration of consumer goods, toys and food contact products.
