HALOX® SW-111

HALOX® SW-111 by ICL is a zinc-free, strontium phosphosilicate-based corrosion inhibiting pigment. It is designed for long-term corrosion protection in high-performance resins. It is a non-refractive grade that is used in protective coating systems.
  • It maintains a higher level of in-can stability.
  • It is recommended for water- & solvent-based epoxies, epoxy esters, polyurethanes, polyurethane dispersions and acrylics.
  • The dosage level is 5-10% based on total formula weight.
  • Synergistic properties have been found [in the areas of corrosion and humidity resistance] when HALOX® SW-111 is used in combination with HALOX® Zinc phosphate [1:1 ratio] in some waterborne systems.
  • It has a shelf life of 36 months.
