ET-19 by Hangzhou Epsilon Chemical is fluorescent blue pigment. Offers good migration fastness and excellent solvents resistance especially to high molecular weight polar solvents such as ketones, esters etc. It is compatible with PP, PE and PVC. ET-19 is applicable for printing inks for papers, screen printing inks, pencil lacquers as well as other paints.
