DCC Yellow 7854 by DCL Corporation is a high performance green shade yellow colored benzimidazolone pigment for use in high-end coatings applications. It shows very good resistance to ethyl acetate, ethyl alcohol, MEK, mineral spirits, water, xylene, dilute alkali (2.5%), dilute acid (0.5N) and glycol bleed. Its superb weather fastness and chemical resistance make it well suited for automotive applications including OEM, refinish and fleet. Additionally, DCC Yellow 7854 can enhance rheology and low foam support high mill base loadings in aqueous and solvent borne systems. DCC Yellow 7854 is used in solvent- and water-based architectural, industrial fast air drying, industrial oven cured and powder coatings.
