1146 Naphthol Red 146 by DCL Corporation is a blue shade semi-transparent naphthol red pigment with good masstone- & tint lightfastness. It shows water-, acid- & alkali resistance. It also shows resistance to methyl ethyl ketone, ethanol, ethyl acetate, mineral spirits & xylene resistance. It is a possible alternative to pigment red 57:1 types where an improvement in fastness properties is needed. 1146 Naphthol Red 146 is recommended for water- & solvent flexo inks and offset inks. It is suitable for decorative-, industrial & powder coatings.
