Adamas® AE-781K-OP Splendor Blue

Adamas® AE-781K-OP Splendor Blue by CQV is platy alumina coated with high refractive metal oxide. It is a pearlescent pigment with the appearance of brilliant silver white, free-flowing powder. It is a blend of alumina (46-62 wt%), silane (0-2 wt%), silicon dioxide (1-3 wt%), tin oxide (1-3 wt%) and titanium dioxide (36-46 wt%). It exhibits excellent sparkle effect with small particle size. It imparts humidity resistance, weather resistance and color stability. It offers uniform thickness extremely smooth surface giving high chroma and value. It is compatible in various high performance resin systems. It is suitable for general metal finishing for exterior use. Adamas® AE-781K-OP Splendor Blue is used in architectural coil coatings and automotive/ transportation OEM and refinish coatings.
