UCD® 7949Q

HSP Distance with AQUAPLUS™ MA: 1.3
UCD® 7949Q by Chromaflo Technologies is a naphthol red pigment dispersion, based on 2-butoxyethanol and alkali-soluble acrylic resin. It provides excellent grind, high gloss and in-can stability. It shows no bleed acid/alkali pigment resistance but slight tinted light fastness. It offers low VOC level, rheological characteristics and extraordinary stability to the colorant (resistance to flocculation, settling and syneresis). It is compatible with coating systems based on acrylic, acrylic/PVA emulsions, water reducible polyester/epoxy, water-soluble alkyd and urethane. UCD® 7949Q is used in alkaline water-based coatings including automotive interior OEM, industrial maintenance, marine, wood and protective coatings. It has a shelf-life of 3 years.
