Tint-Ayd® ST 8684

Tint-Ayd® ST 8684 by Vibrantz Technologies (formerly Chromaflo) is a stable, free-flowing, thermoplastic acrylic resin-based monoazo pigment dispersion. It is used in high-performance single or two-component solvent-based industrial coatings. It offers no bleed/discoloration to light fastness, and acid & alkali resistance. It is free from hydroxyl, carboxyl and amine functional groups. It is compatible with acrylic, nitrocellulose, vinyl acrylic, polyester, alkyd urea, cellulose acetate butyrate and chlorinated rubber. It is also compatible with two-component epoxy & urethane, epoxy ester, vinyl, alkyd melamine, and long-oil-, styrenated-, medium-oil-, short-oil- and vinyl toluene alkyd coating systems. It is based on a mixture of PM acetate and aromatic 100. Tint-Ayd® ST 8684 is recommended for automotive OEM, concrete protection, general OEM, and marine-, maintenance- and protective coatings. The shelf life is 3 years.
