Colortrend® 871-1052

Colortrend 871-1052 by Vibrantz Technologies (formerly Chromaflo) is a low-VOC, APE-free, high-strength, pourable color paste based on iron oxide pigment. It is a cost-effective, high concentration transparent red colored aqueous dispersion. It is glycol-free, binder-free and is highly compatible. It has a 6 minimum fineness of grind Hegman Gauge (<20µm). It offers excellent color development in aqueous decorative coatings. Colortrend 871-1052 is strength controlled to ±5% vs.standard with a CIELAB DE of 1.0. It is used in latex paints, wood coatings and water-based architectural coatings. It is recommended for in-plant tinting of emulsion and water-based coatings. It meets SCAQMD Rule 1113 <50 g/L. It has a shelf life of 2 years.
