Phthalo blue pigment dispersion. It consists of pigments finely milled in a blend of water, additives, and a unique zero VOC binder. This binder provides wide range compatibility with a number of water based chemistries including, acrylic, latex, water-based epoxy as well as urethane and hybrid systems. It is also compatible with many water based paints having a pH range of 4.5 to 9.5. This glycol free dispersion is controlled for strength (± 3% vs. standard) and is pumpable for in-plant tinting equipment. Has high pigment loading for excellent color control, economy of use and wide range compatibility with minimal effect on the finished paint. Used for water based coatings systems that are further used in high performance industrial maintenance coatings, marine, wood, plastic as well as coil coatings, office furniture finishes, DIY decorative, special effect paints, leather finishes and other high performance protective coatings.
