Chroma-chem® 50-990-02296R by Vibrantz Technologies (formerly Chromaflo) is a low VOC, glycol-free, chromic oxide pigment dispersion for water-based coatings. It is a green-colored pigment with slight black tint. It offers maximum pigment loading, good in-plant tinting performance, excellent pigment development and good rheological properties. It shows good light-, alkali- and acid fastness. It can be used with VOC and VOC-free coating systems as well as in coatings with slightly acidic or alkaline characteristics. Chroma-chem® 50-990-02296R is compatible with water-based epoxy & urethane, acrylic, latex and hybrid systems. Recommended for leather finishes, automotive interior OEM, general OEM, and industrial maintenance-, marine-, wood-, coil-, IR reflective- and protective coatings. The shelf life is 1 year.
