Chroma-chem® 897-9998 by Vibrantz Technologies (formerly Chromaflo) is a carbon black pigment dispersion. It provides broader color space, excellent durability and light fastness. It shows acid-, alkali- and chemical resistance. It is APE-free and has high-strength as well as low VOC. It can be used for both volumetric dispensing and in-plant tinting. It exhibits color retention, dispensability, consistency and film property retention in a wide range of aqueous chemistries. Chroma-chem® 897-9998 is recommended for use in a wide variety of water-reducible and emulsion coating systems such as acrylics, alkyds, epoxies and polyurethanes. It is used in industrial coatings, concrete protection, general industrial finishes, general OEM, industrial maintenance, marine, protective and wood coatings. It has a shelf life of 3 years.
