Chroma-chem® 897-1301 by Vibrantz Technologies (formerly Chromaflo) is a burnt umber iron oxide pigment dispersion. It is APE-free and has high-strength as well as low VOC. It can be used for both volumetric dispensing and in-plant tinting. It provides broader color space, excellent durability and light fastness. It shows acid-, alkali- and chemical resistance. It exhibits color retention, dispensability, consistency and film property retention in a wide range of aqueous chemistries. Chroma-chem® 897-1301 is recommended for use in a wide variety of water-reducible and emulsion coating systems such as acrylics, alkyds, epoxies and polyurethanes. It is used in industrial coatings, concrete protection, general industrial finishes, general OEM, industrial maintenance, marine, protective and wood coatings. It has a shelf life of 2 years.
