Chroma-chem® 895-9406 AQV by Chromaflo Technologies is an APE-free, glycol-free, low-VOC, quinacridone pigment for water-based industrial coatings. It can be used in a variety of water-reducible and emulsion coatings in both air-dry and baking systems based on acrylics, polyesters, alkyds, and two component polyurethane & epoxies. It is based on a homo-polymeric resin and imparts minimal effect on gloss, dry-time, hardness and water resistance of the coatings system. It shows excellent light-, weather- and solvent fastness. It is applicable for volumetric and gravimetric use in POS and in-plant tinting systems. Chroma-chem® 895-9406 AQV is designed for wood-, furniture-, concrete protection-, flooring-, protective- and marine coatings.
