Chroma-chem® 844-9451 by Vibrantz Technologies (formerly Chromaflo) is APEO-free, quinacridone violet pigment dispersion. It is dispersed in a proprietary acrylic resin vehicle that provides excellent wetting and dispersing properties superior to other acrylic resins available. It is exceptional for the universal tinting of solvent-based industrial coatings. It is compatible with acrylic, polyester, cellulosic lacquer, vinyl lacquer, chlorinated rubber, alkyd, epoxy and polyurethane. It is also compatible with most aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons, esters, ethers, ketones, and reactive diluents. It shows slight light fastness and no-bleeding in acid and alkali resistance. Chroma-chem® 844-9451 exhibits excellent pigment development and rheological characteristics. It is applicable in most non-aqueous industrial coatings including aerosols, concrete protection, general industrial finishes and maintenance, general OEM, marine, and protective coatings. Recommended shelf life of Chroma-chem® 844-9451 is 3 years.
