Chroma-chem® 50-990-550 by Vibrantz Technologies (formerly Chromaflo) is a glycol-free, low VOC, medium green-colored polychlorinated copper phthalocyanine pigment dispersion for water-based coatings. It provides excellent pigment development, high pigment loading, good rheological properties and excellent colorant performance in in-plant coating systems. It can be used in coatings with slightly acidic or alkaline characteristics. It is compatible with water-based epoxy & urethane, acrylic, latex and hybrid systems. It shows good light-, alkali- and acid fastness. Recommended for leather finishes, automotive interior OEM, general OEM, and industrial maintenance-, marine-, wood-, coil- and protective coating applications. The shelf life of Chroma-chem® 50-990-550 is 1 year.
