EMPEROR® 1600

EMPEROR® 1600 by Cabot is a high color black pigment designed especially to impart very high jet masstone, easy dispersibility, and good blue undertone performance in solvent-borne automotive, consumer electronics, coil, and high end industrial coatings. Its small particles provide excellent jetness and UV absorption for good exterior durability. EMPEROR® 1600 features Cabot’s proprietary Softbead™ technology. Softbead technology improves industrial hygiene by reducing dust levels associated with the transport and processing of powder form carbon black. Recommended dosage level ranges from 20% to 60% weight on pigment.
