STEPANPOL® PS-2002

STEPANPOL® PS-2002 by Stepan Company is a diethylene glycol-phthalic anhydride-based polyester polyol. It exhibits hydrolysis resistance, very good thermal stability, and primary hydroxyl advantage. It promotes adhesion to a variety of metal and plastic substrates and increases polymer modulus, allowing processing at a lower index. It improves solvent resistance- and abrasion- resistance. STEPANPOL® PS-2002 has inherent UV stability and can be used in polyurethane coatings.
