Silmer® ACR Di-10

Silmer® ACR Di-10 by Siltech provides good slip, anti-blocking, mar resistance, surface smoothness, flexibility and hydrophobicity. It is used as an additive in UV curing system for coatings. It is 100% active silicone acrylate prepolymer. It is used to modify acrylate polymers to improve their surface and physical properties. The acrylate functionality gives permanent binding into the matrix of the polymers. The recommended dosage is 2.0-5.0% for polymer modification and 0.1-1.5% in UV curing applications. Silmer® ACR Di-10 has a shelf life of 24 months from the date of manufacture. The product is listed in TSCA, NDSL, KECI, TCSI and NZIoC international inventories.
