SR 440

Isooctyl acrylate. It is a low viscosity, mono-functional monomer which acts as a reactive diluent. It offers adhesion along with good water resistance, good weatherability, high flexibility and low shrinkage. SR440 does not support high temperatures, localized heat sources (drum or band heaters), oxidizing conditions, freezing conditions, direct sunlight, ultraviolet radiation, and inert gas blanketing. It is incompatible to strong oxidizers, strong reducers, free radical initiators, inert gases, and oxygen scavengers.
