Capa® 3201

Polyester triol terminated by primary hydroxyl groups. It is an easy to process, shape & apply soft wax. Exhibits excellent solvent-, chemical-, abrasion- and UV (ultra-violet) resistance. Offers strength, gloss, superior performance, hydrolytic stability, outstanding flexibility even at low temperatures and lasting outdoor performance. Shows strong adhesion on difficult and sensitive substrates. Insoluble in water. Used in low VOC (volatile organic compounds), environment-friendly high solid and UV-cure coatings. Suitable for formulation of 'liquid colors' in surface coatings. Applications include industrial, automotive, transportation, marine, protective, electronic, leather, and textile coatings. Also suitable for non-polyurethane coating and paint industries. Listed in AICS, DSL, NDSL, CIECS, EINECS/ ELINCS, ENCS, KECI, NZIoC, PICCS and TSCA.
