Capa® 4101

Tetra-functional polyol terminated with primary hydroxyl groups. It is an easy to process, shape & apply clear liquid. Exhibits excellent solvent-, chemical-, abrasion- and UV (ultra-violet) resistance. Offers strength, gloss, superior performance, hydrolytic stability, outstanding flexibility even at low temperatures and lasting outdoor performance. Shows strong adhesion on difficult and sensitive substrates. Insoluble in water. Used in low VOC (volatile organic compounds), environment-friendly high solid and UV-cure coatings. Suitable for high-solid coatings where both flexibility and high cross-linking density are required. Applications include industrial, automotive, transportation, marine, protective, electronic, leather, and textile coatings. Also suitable for non-polyurethane coating and paint industries. Listed in AICS, DSL, NDSL, CIECS, EINECS/ ELINCS, ENCS, KECI, NZIoC, PICCS and TSCA.
