PARALOID™ AU-685 by Dow Chemical is an acrylic polyol in PM acetate/ethyl benzene/mineral spirits in the ratio of 55/25/20. PARALOID™ AU-685 conventional general purpose polyol resin is an acrylic backbone of intermediate hardness that was designed specifically for formulation with isocyanate into tough, durable, and glossy coatings suited for auto refinish, GIF, and other various markets.
