Pripol™ 1009

Pripol™ 1009 by Cargill is a distilled & hydrogenated dimer acid with very high purity, high difunctionality and low color.

It offers improved mechanical performance, water repellency, thermo-oxidative stability for longer product lifetime and excellent hydrolysis- & chemical resistance.
It is easy to handle and exhibits flexibility which allows product to deform under stress and prevents cracking.
It also imparts pigment wetting properties which allow high loading of pigment/fillers and can bring cost savings.
Pripol™ 1009 is suitable for automotive-, industrial-, marine and protective coatings.
It provides improved aesthetics and enhanced properties for epoxy, polyurethane, polyester and polyamide coatings.
It is ISCC PLUS certified grade.
