Pripol™ 1012

Pripol™ 1012 by Cargill is a distilled dimer acid with high purity and high difunctionality. It provides enhanced properties for epoxy, polyurethane, polyester and polyamide coatings. It offers high toughness and excellent hydrolysis- & chemical resistance. Exhibits hydrolytic stability for a longer lifetime when exposed to humid conditions. It provides pigment wetting by allowing high loading of pigment/fillers which can bring cost savings. Pripol™ 1012 is designed for inks as well as automotive-, industrial & protective coatings. It offers flexibility by allowing product to deform under stress and preventing cracking. It can also be used in conjunction with flexible substrates.
