Vinyl Methyl Oxazolidinone (VMOX)

Vinyl Methyl Oxazolidinone (VMOX) by BASF is a liquid vinyl monomer with a very low viscosity. Exhibits high reactivity in the copolymerization with acrylates and excellent adhesion on all common substrates, even at low dosages. Possesses low odor even in final formulations. Provides high color response and enhanced color brilliance. Suitable as a reactive diluent in UV curing inks and coatings. Used in digital UV printing. According to the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) classification, Vinyl Methyl Oxazolidinone (VMOX) does not require the labels “serious health hazard” and “acute toxicity”. It is REACH registered up to 1,000 tons.
