Pluracol® 2115

Pluracol® 2115 by BASF is a primary hydroxyl-terminated graft polyether triol containing approximately 13.5% solids of copolymerized styrene and acrylonitrile. It is used to produce HR slabstock foams having a narrow spread in cross-sectional density and IFD properties. It contains a LVI inhibitor package. It has broad processing latitude permits the manufacture of a wide variety of foam having high resilient properties, especially softer grades. Pluracol® 2115 uniformity is beneficial when manufacturing foam with low load-bearing properties.
